Bradford Disability Sport and Leisure
There are around 11 million disabled people in the UK with less than two in ten disabled people taking part in regular sport. BDSL were established in November 1986 as the local organisation and charity responsible for the delivery of disability sport within the Bradford Metropolitan District.
About Us
Bradford Disability Sport and Leisure (BDSL) is a local charity which aims to provide disabled people with high quality sport and physical activity. We run various clubs and activities across the district every day of the week for over 400 disabled people.

Using the power of sport and physical activity BDSL will create a healthier, equal, fun and fairer society by providing high quality sport, leisure and physical activity opportunities for disabled people across the Bradford District.
Our Purpose
Everybody should have the opportunity to participate in sport and active leisure whatever their ability. At BDSL we are dedicated to improving the access for sport and physical activity for all disabled people within Bradford.

Sport Forum and Directory
BDSL co-ordinate a bi-monthly disability sports forum which brings s together lots of organisations who are interested in disability sport. If you would like to attend the next meeting please contact BDSL here.
BDSL also produce a disability sports directory this directory brings together lots of organisation's who provide disability sport across the Bradford District in an easy read format.
